Delicious. Tender. Unforgettable. Low and slow is the key — these ribs fall right off the bone.

Instructions

  1. Remove silver skin from back of ribs. Pat dry.
  2. Brush ribs with mustard.
  3. Mix dry rub ingredients and coat ribs evenly.
  4. Wrap in foil and refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight).
  5. Preheat grill to 225°F (or oven to 250°F).
  6. Cook ribs wrapped in foil for 2.5–3 hours.
  7. Remove from foil, brush with sauce, and cook uncovered 15–20 minutes until caramelized.
  8. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy! Tips: Low and slow is the key! Letting them rest keeps them juicy. Try hickory wood for extra smoky flavor.
